Scheduled to take place at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre (JNICC) from July 22nd to July 24th, 2024, this commission represents a dedicated effort towards enhancing cooperation and fostering deeper ties across various sectors.

During this session, both delegations will engage in comprehensive discussions aimed at exploring avenues for mutual collaboration in areas such as trade, investment, agriculture, education, health, and infrastructure development. The presence of the Guest of Honor, Minister of Tourism and Heritage of Zanzibar, Honorary Mourshid Soraga, underscored the importance of bilateral relations and cultural exchanges between Tanzania and Comoros.

Presentation of credential letter

The Ambassador of the union of Comoros in Dar es salaam,Dr Ahamda El Badaoui , presented the letters of credence to the President of the Republic Unied of Tanzania H.E  ( M Kikwete) at a solemn ceremony.

In a short conversation, the possibilities for further improvement of political dialogue and cooperation between the two countries were discussed. 

Ambassador Dr El badaoui emphasized the readiness for joint work on increasing the volume of bilateral trade and investments,as well as commitment to the promotion of Comoros,its heritage,economic potentials and national priorities.
He expressed hope that Tanzania will support Comoros in the future development. 

Speaking in Swahili , he thanked for the hospitality and said he would spare no efforts to be the best ambassador of friendship between our two proud nations.
